The Virginia Capital Defense List Serve is administered by the Virginia Capital Case Clearinghouse at Washington and Lee. The list is available to disseminate news, discussion and materials relevant to all facets of Virginia capital defense, including requests for legal and case-related information, pleadings and assistance; news of case dispositions; legislative developments; and training opportunities.
